Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between BBP DIGITAL, operating the online store Mizu Bidet, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller", and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via this site, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer".

1. Scope of application

Any order placed on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC. The Seller reserves the right to modify them at any time; the applicable conditions are those in force on the day of the order.

2. Products and availability

The products offered are described as accurately as possible. The Seller undertakes to fulfill orders received within the limits of available stock. In the event of unavailability of a product after ordering, the Customer will be informed by email and fully reimbursed within 14 days.

3. Price

Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC). The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; the prices invoiced are those in force at the time the order is confirmed. Delivery costs, if applicable, are indicated before final validation.

4. Order

The order is validated by the Customer upon payment. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided during the order. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in case of anomaly, suspected fraud, or inability to fulfill delivery.

5. Payment

Payment is made online, securely, via the methods offered on the site (credit card, PayPal, etc.). The debit is made at the time of order validation.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped to metropolitan France, French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM), Belgium, Switzerland, and most European countries. Delivery times and costs are indicated at checkout.

In case of a damaged package upon receipt, the Customer must make reservations with the carrier and contact the Seller within 48 hours with supporting photos.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision or bear any penalty.

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision by email to contact@mizubidet.com before the deadline expires. The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, not installed and not connected.

Exception: In accordance with article L.221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods liable to deteriorate rapidly or to goods which, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned after having been unsealed or connected. Any product that has been connected to a water supply cannot be returned.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, for products not installed, not connected, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except in case of Seller error or proven product defect.

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned item, using the same payment method as used for the original order.

9. Legal guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for a period of 2 years from delivery, and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

In the event of a lack of conformity, the Customer may request repair or replacement of the product. If these solutions are impossible, a refund may be granted.

10. Liability

The Seller cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper installation, non-compliant use, product modification, or inadequate maintenance. The Customer is responsible for checking the compatibility of their installation before ordering.

11. Personal data protection

Personal data collected during the order is used exclusively for order processing and tracking. It is never transmitted to third parties for commercial purposes. In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has a right to access, rectify and delete their data by contacting the Seller at contact@mizubidet.com.

12. Applicable law and mediation

These GTC are subject to French law. In case of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact the Seller first to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the Customer may resort to consumer mediation in accordance with articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, or refer the matter to the competent courts.
