Installation in 5 steps
Shut off the water supply
- Locate the shut-off valve behind or under the cistern — a small metal or plastic tap, sometimes with a flat or round handle
- Turn it clockwise until it stops
- Flush the toilet to empty the cistern
Disconnect the existing hose
- At the bottom of the cistern you'll find a braided metal hose connecting the shut-off valve to the cistern
- Unscrew the lower end of the hose (valve side) — counter-clockwise, by hand
- Keep this hose: it will be reconnected to the T-connector in the next step
Install the T-connector
The T-connector is the key part: it fits directly onto the shut-off valve and creates two outlets — one for the cistern, one for the bidet nozzle.
- Screw the T-connector onto the shut-off valve thread (clockwise), with the supplied washer
- Reconnect the cistern hose to the top outlet of the T
- Connect the supplied bidet hose to the side outlet of the T
- Tighten by hand only — no wrench, or you risk cracking the washers
Fit the bidet under the seat
- Position the bidet under the front rim of the bowl, using the brackets included in the kit
- Tighten the brackets so the unit is stable and doesn't move sideways
- Check the nozzle is aligned with the centre of the bowl
- Connect the end of the bidet hose to the nozzle inlet
Turn the water on and test
- Reopen the shut-off valve (counter-clockwise), gradually
- Wait for the cistern to fill completely
- Visually inspect each connector (T, cistern hose, bidet hose, nozzle inlet) — no drop should appear
- Operate the bidet control: the jet should start immediately
Mizu Onzen — Hot-water connection
The Mizu Onzen needs a second T-connector on your hot-water supply. This source is usually under the sink, or on a nearby wall outlet. First complete the 5 steps above for the cold-water circuit, then follow these extra steps.
Shut off the hot-water supply
- Locate the hot-water shut-off valve under the sink or on the wall
- Close it by turning clockwise
Install the second T-connector on the hot water
- Disconnect the existing hot-water hose on the valve side
- Screw the second supplied T-connector onto this valve
- Reconnect the existing hose to the top outlet of the T
- Connect the second bidet hose to the side outlet
Connect to the Mizu Onzen and test
- Connect the end of the hot-water hose to the matching inlet on the Onzen nozzle (marked H or red)
- Reopen both shut-off valves
- Check there are no leaks on any connector
- Test the cold and hot jets separately

Le raccord T est au standard 3/8", compatible avec la quasi-totalité des WC à réservoir apparent en France. En cas de doute, contactez-nous avant de commander.
Coupez l'eau, démontez le raccord, vérifiez le joint, re-serrez. Si la fuite persiste, enroulez 2–3 tours de ruban téflon sur le filetage avant de revisser.
Entre 10 et 15 minutes.
Le flexible eau chaude fourni mesure 50 cm. Si la source est trop éloignée, optez pour le Mizu Essentiel ou demandez-nous une extension.
Oui — moins de 5 minutes. Débranchez les flexibles, retirez le raccord T, reconnectez le flexible d'origine. Aucune trace.
Le kit fonctionne entre 0,5 et 8 bars — soit la pression standard de tous les réseaux domiciliaires français.
