The Mizu Onzen is the comfort version of our bidet. It connects to your existing hot and cold water supply and lets you choose the temperature by simply turning a selector — no electricity, no extra plumbing, no plumber.

Which solution suits you?

The Mizu Onzen is the ideal choice if you want lukewarm water without an electrical outlet, while keeping your existing toilet seat. To also replace the seat and benefit from integrated soft-close, upgrade to the Mizu Zen.

3-step installation

1. Turn off the water supply — the flush shut-off valve and the hot water valve under the sink or waiting behind the toilet
2. Connect the two hoses — cold hose between the tap and the flush, hot hose to your domestic hot water supply (provided)
3. Clip on the bidet and turn on the water again — select hot or cold as desired

Condition: have a hot water supply near the toilet (existing piping). The illustrated guide is included in the box.

Frequently asked questions

Does hot water require electricity?
No. The Mizu Onzen uses your existing domestic hot water already present in the house. No plug, no wires. This is the big difference from an electronic Japanese toilet seat.

Do I have a hot water supply near my toilet?
In most homes, yes — the hot water pipe runs behind or under the toilet. If you are not sure, contact us before ordering, we will check with you.

What is the difference with the cold water model?
The Mizu Onzen adds a hot water connection and a hot/cold selector. Cold water is always available. Otherwise, both models have the same nozzles, the same design, and the same manufacturing quality.

Does it fit my toilet?
In 95% of cases, yes. The supplied 3/8" T-connectors are universal. If your toilet has a 1/2" thread, contact us — we have the solution.

Can I return it if it's not suitable?
Yes — 14 days to change your mind, no justification needed. Refund within 5 business days.
