What they say
“I had a Toto Japanese toilet in my apartment in Tokyo. Since I returned to France, I've been looking for one at a reasonable price. The Mizu Pro is exactly that — same comfort, ten times cheaper.”
— Kevén T., Strasbourg ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“The heated seat in the middle of winter is absolute luxury. We both got this for Christmas and wonder how we ever managed before.”
— Noémie & Julien D., Grenoble ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“I was skeptical about the drying function. In reality, it works perfectly. I don't use paper at all anymore. Ecology and comfort, both at the same time.”
— Arnaud P., Bordeaux ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Frequently asked questions
Do I absolutely need an electrical outlet next to the toilet?
Yes — a standard 220V outlet nearby is essential. If you don't have one, an electrician can install one quickly (a common intervention, usually under €100). Without an accessible outlet, we recommend the Mizu Zen or Mizu Onzen. What's the difference from the Mizu Zen?
The Mizu Zen also replaces your toilet seat and includes soft-close — but it has no heated seat, no drying, and no instant hot water. It does not require an electrical outlet. The Mizu Pro is the next level: all functions, but requires an electrical connection.Where does the hot water come from? Is a hot water supply needed?
No — the Mizu Pro heats water instantly thanks to its integrated heating element. You only need a standard cold water supply, just like for any toilet. This is the difference with the Mizu Onzen, which requires an existing hot water supply. Is my toilet compatible?
The Mizu Pro can be installed on almost all French toilets (universal 3/8" thread). For wall-hung toilets or rigid water inlets, contact us with a photo — we'll check before your order. What is the power consumption?
The energy-saving mode keeps consumption to a minimum in standby. Water and seat heating are only activated when in use. The impact on your electricity bill is very limited, comparable to a device in standby.Returns and warranty?
14 days to change your mind, no justification needed. 2-year warranty. Refund within 5 business days.
