Zen or Essential — how to choose?
The Mizu Essential slides under your existing toilet seat in 5 minutes: ideal if your toilet seat is new and in good condition. The Mizu Zen completely replaces it: choose it if you want an integrated soft-close, a cleaner visual appearance, or if your current toilet seat needs replacing.

Zen or Mizu Pro — what's the difference?
The Mizu Pro is electric: heated seat, integrated drying, remote control. It requires a 220V socket near the toilet. The Mizu Zen covers the essentials — washing and soft-close — without any electrical connection. Two levels of comfort, depending on your priorities.

Is my toilet compatible?
The Mizu Zen has a universal 3/8" thread format, compatible with 99% of French toilets. For rigid copper water inlets, a 3-way valve may be necessary — contact us, we'll guide you before purchase.

Isn't cold water uncomfortable?
The adaptation period is usually 3 to 5 uses. If you prefer tempered water from day one, opt for the hot + cold water version (connects to existing water heater, no electricity).

My toilet is wall-hung (without a pedestal), is it compatible?
Yes, in the vast majority of cases. The mounting adapts to most wall-hung toilets. If in doubt, send us a photo of your toilet and water inlet — we'll check with you.

Can I install it in a rental?
Yes — the installation requires no drilling, no work, and no plumbing modifications. It is completely reversible: at the end of the lease, simply put the old seat back on.

Returns and warranty?
14 days to change your mind (in accordance with the Consumer Code), return without justification. 2-year warranty. Refund within 5 business days.
