At Mizu Bidet, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order does not meet your expectations, here's everything you need to know for a return or refund.

Right of Withdrawal — 14 days

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return a product to us, without having to justify your decision.

Essential Conditions

• The product must be uninstalled and not connected to a water supply
• The product must be in its complete original packaging, with all its accessories and instructions, in perfect resalable condition.
• The product must show no signs of use

⚠️ Important: For hygiene reasons and in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, any product that has been connected to a water supply cannot be returned, even if partially used or put back in its original packaging. This legal exception applies to all bidets, toilet seats, and hydraulic accessories.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us by email at contact@mizubidet.com, specifying your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will confirm receipt and provide you with the return address within 48 hours.
3. Ship the product in its original packaging, securely.
4. Keep your proof of shipment.

Return Costs

Return costs are your responsibility, except in the following cases:

• Our error (wrong product shipped)
• Defective product upon receipt

Refund Period and Terms

After receiving and verifying the return, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method as used for the order. No refund fees will be charged to you.

Damaged Package Upon Receipt

If your package arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at contact@mizubidet.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a quick replacement, at no cost to you.

2-Year Manufacturer's Warranty

All Mizu products benefit from a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. In case of a confirmed defect within this period, we will proceed with a free replacement after providing proof of purchase and a description of the problem.

Excluded from the warranty are: improper installation, product modifications, inadequate maintenance, normal wear and tear, and damage caused by aggressive cleaning products.

Legal Guarantees

Independent of the manufacturer's warranty, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code, duration: 2 years) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
